Books are checked out to students for two weeks and can be renewed if needed. Overdue notices go home via email or hard copy as needed. Please help your student(s) find and return their library books before they are due.

Students are welcome to visit the library in person with a pass and check out a library book or an ebook for two weeks. Students are also welcome to look online anytime and check out an ebook, also due in two weeks. We encourage all students to place holds on books they want to read.

Amy O'Neill

Digital Teacher Librarian/DTL

I have been working at Prospect Valley for several years and love working with our students, staff and our amazing community. The students keep me busy with:

Jeffco's 5th Grade Battle of the Books

America's Battle of the Books for 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grades

Author visits

Geek Squad for grades 4 and 5 with 2nd and 3rd grade Geed Squads coming 2nd semester

Typing Challenge for grades 2-5

Grandparents and Special Persons Day November 22nd

Scholastic Book Fair starts November 22nd

Personally, I am married with two children, one is in Grad School and the other graduates from university this Spring. I enjoy all things outdoors, including running, biking, skiing, camping and travel. Reading though, that takes the cake as my favorite activity. Prospect Valley has a special place in my heart.
